The Oregon Judicial Department needs your assistance with obtaining feedback about our courts and our services.
As a separate branch of government, the Oregon Judicial Department is made up of the 36 state circuit courts, the tax court, and the appellate courts (Oregon Court of Appeals and Oregon Supreme Court). We are committed to providing fair and accessible justice services that protect the rights of individuals, preserve community welfare, and inspire public confidence.
The Access and Fairness Survey will assist the Oregon Judicial Department in measuring its progress towards ensuring access to justice for all court users, enhancing the public’s trust and confidence in the judicial branch, and improving the court user’s experience. The responses to this survey will be used to guide and coordinate resources to broaden access to justice for litigants and other court users.
The survey takes about 10 to 15 minutes and it is anonymous. The link is provided here: www.surveymonkey.com/r/2YQWXLB.
If you would like more information about our state court system, please visit www.courts.oregon.gov. Thank you in advance for your assistance. Your feedback is very important in our efforts to improve our service to the community.
