These terms govern using Oregon Law Help’s (OLH) button and logo (LOGO) used for linking OLH’s Website (www.oregonlawhelp.org). By displaying or using the OLH button, you agree to the following requirements.
- OLH is the owner of LOGO. OLH agrees to allow you to only display the LOGO, with a link directly to OLH’s Website at www.oregonlawhelp.org, on your website without cost. You may only display the LOGO on your website to promote OLH, and direct users to OLH to assist in finding legal help.
- Restrictions. You may not:
- Use the LOGO for any other purpose other than described above;
- Modify, alter, crop, or change the LOGO in any way, including its colors, proportions, or design elements;
- Use the LOGO in a manner that suggests sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation with OLH beyond the linking relationship;
- Use the LOGO in connection with any unlawful, obscene, offensive, or defamatory content;
- Use the LOGO in any manner that disparages or harms OLH’s reputation or goodwill;
- Incorporate the LOGO into your own logo, trademark, or branding; or
- Use the Logo in other forms outside of a website without OLH’s prior written consent.
- OLH continues to own LOGO. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you. You may not use any other marks, graphics or other items from OLH without OLH’s written permission.
- OLH may revoke your ability to use the LOGO at any time, for any reason or no reason, by providing notice to you or by posting notice on www.oregonlawhelp.org. If OLH revokes your ability to use the LOGO, you agree to immediately stop using LOGO and remove it from your website and other materials.
- OLH is allowing you to use this LOGO without any warranty of any kind, and will not be responsible if damages arise out of the use of LOGO.
- If a dispute does arise under these terms, the laws of the State of Oregon apply, and the location of any dispute will be Washington County, Oregon.
- OLH may amend these Terms by posting revised Terms on the Website. If you continue to use LOGO, you agree to the updated Terms.
