Lexi Slotterback, JD

Lexi Slotterback earned her law degree from Lewis & Clark Law School and was admitted to practice in Oregon in 2021. She currently practices as a staff attorney at a Portland-area non-profit, the Metropolitan Public Defender - Community Law Division, where she provides a wide range of civil legal services to low-income Oregonians seeking a fresh start. 

Lexi’s primary practice areas are tenant-side housing advocacy, Oregon driver's license reinstatement, debt negotiation, and record expungement.

Lexi's dedication to public service goes beyond her employment. She serves on the Service to the Public Committee of the Young Lawyers Section of the Multnomah Bar Association, where she facilitates volunteer opportunities for fellow attorneys looking to give back to our community. In 2026, she received the Young Lawyer Section “Rookie of the Year Award” for her outstanding contributions and service while on the committee.

Lexi is dedicated to ensuring that every Oregonian, regardless of background or resources, can access and navigate the legal system with a sense of empowerment.
