Jeffrey (Jefff) Petty, JD, is the Probate Legal Policy Advisor for the Oregon Judicial Department. He staffs the Statewide Protective Proceedings Advisory Committee, develops and implements improvements to statewide probate case monitoring, and provides regular training on many estate and protective proceedings topics in Oregon.
