Richard (Dick) Slottee, JD

Richard Slottee graduated from University of Oregon School of Law in 1972. Upon graduation, he joined Multnomah County Legal Aid Services as a staff attorney. 

In 1977, he left Legal Aid to join Lewis and Clark Law School as a Clinical Professor and Director of the Lewis and Clark Legal Clinic. While at the Law School, he taught a course each semester on Consumer Law. 

In 2015, he became Director and Managing Attorney of Portland State University Student Legal Services. He was the Co-Editor for Consumer Law in Oregon, a publication of the Oregon State Bar, and has authored several chapters for the Bar on consumer law. He retired from the full-time practice of law in 2023 and is now an Active Pro Bono attorney.
