Joie Basham

Joie Bassham is a paralegal with the CLEAR Clinic, a nonprofit providing free legal services. For the past three years, they have served as the program manager for the Clear Clinic's name and gender marker change services, helping hundreds of clients navigate their name changes and update their documents. 

Joie was born and raised in Portland and is proud to support their community through this period of uncertainty.
