Megan Van Kent, JD

Megan has dedicated her career to breaking down barriers to justice by providing access to high-quality legal services to people of all backgrounds.

Megan is a partner at Van Kent Law in Portland, Oregon. Her practice involves tenant representation in landlord-tenant disputes and state court litigation for Special Immigrant Juvenile Status (SIJS).

From 2015 to 2019, she was an attorney at the Portland metro area offices of Legal Aid Services of Oregon and the Oregon Law Center. Previously, Megan was an Equal Justice Works Americorps Legal Fellow for OneJustice.

She graduated magna cum laude from Lewis & Clark Law School in 2014.
