Tabitha Koh, JD
Tabitha Lundberg Koh is the managing attorney at BCK Attorneys at Law, a boutique law firm specializing in providing legal care for a diverse array of families. Tabitha was born and raised in Portland and attended Cleveland High School before earning a liberal arts degree from Wellesley College, and afterward graduated from the University of California, Berkeley School of Law in 2007.
Tabitha is licensed to practice law in Oregon, Washington, and California. Her practice is focused on creating and protecting families: adoption, assisted reproduction law, guardianship, estate planning, probate, and trust administration. She is a member of Oregon Women Lawyers and the Academy of Adoption and Assisted Reproductive Technology Attorneys (AAAA). She is also a member of four sections of the Oregon State Bar Association: Diversity, Elder Law, Family Law, and Estate Planning & Administration. Tabitha authors the Adoption and Assisted Reproduction chapter of the Oregon State Bar Family Law handbook, and regularly presents on estate planning, surrogacy, and adoption matters.
Outside of work, Tabitha spends as much time as possible with her family and her garden. She and her wife live in Portland with their two children and a chocolate Labrador named Brook.
