Legal Aid Services of Oregon - Low Income Taxpayer Clinic

Legal Aid Services of Oregon (LASO) is a nonprofit organization working to achieve justice for the low-income communities of Oregon by providing a full range of civil legal help. LASO helps people with incomes up to 125% of the federal poverty level and in some situations can help people above this level. 

Legal Aid Services of Oregon's Low Income Taxpayer Clinic provides free information, legal advice, brief services, and pro bono legal representation to people with low-incomes in tax disputes with the IRS. This program serves people with incomes up to 250% of the federal poverty level.
