Oregon Law Center Woodburn Farmworker Office
Oregon Law Center (OLC) is a non-profit providing free legal help to people struggling to make ends meet on matters related to their homes, livelihoods, medical care, and physical safety against domestic violence. OLC helps people with incomes up to 125% of the federal poverty level. In some situations, OLC can help people slightly above this level.
The Woodburn Farmworker Office of the Oregon Law Center helps farmworkers in Oregon with work-related issues, including wage claims, discrimination, sexual harassment, housing problems, workplace safety, and claims related to farm labor contractors and agricultural employers. Farmworkers include nursery, field, orchard, forestry, dairy, cannabis, seafood, and other processing workers.
Our staff speak English, Spanish, Mixteco Alto, and we can contract with interpreters in other languages as well.
We provide full civil legal representation, resource information and referrals, legal advice, and brief services.
