Oregon Child Support Program - Department of Justice (DOJ)

The Oregon Department of Justice (DOJ), headed by Oregon's Attorney General, serves as the state’s law firm. The DOJ advocates for and protects all Oregonians, especially the most vulnerable, such as children and seniors. The agency is headquartered in Salem and has ten legal and 13 child support offices throughout the state.

The Oregon Department of Justice (DOJ) Child Support Program provide help with various areas, such as establishing paternity, locating the noncustodial parent, setting up or changing child support orders, coordinating child health care coverage, managing child support payments and, in some cases, processing spousal support payments.
