Legal Aid Services of Oregon (LASO) is a nonprofit organization working to achieve justice for the low-income communities of Oregon by providing a full range of civil legal help. LASO helps people with incomes up to 125% of the federal poverty level and in some situations can help people slightly above this level.

The Portland Regional Office of Legal Aid Services of Oregon provides information, legal advice, brief services, and full representation in family law cases for people with low-incomes dealing with domestic abuse who live in Sherman, Wasco, or Hood River County.
