Who We Are
The Lincoln County Office of Legal Aid Services of Oregon is located in Newport and serves Lincoln County, including the reservations of the Confederated Tribes of the Siletz Indians of Oregon.
Intake hours are Monday - Wednesday, 10:00 a.m. to Noon, and 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.; messages can be left at all other hours. Also available for appointments on other days and times as needed.
The Lincoln County office helps with the following legal proglems for low-income Oregonians: Tenants Rights, Family Law, Protection from Abuse, and Federal and State Assistance Programs.
