Columbia River Gorge Criminal Records Expungement Clinic
We are an informal group of lawyers and other trained volunteers who live in the Columbia River Gorge. We collaborate with the Portland-based CLEAR Clinic to provide in-person expungement services in The Dalles and Hood River, Oregon.
Lawyers and other trained volunteers will meet with you in person at one of our monthly clinics, which take place on the first Tuesday and Thursday of each month.
Volunteers will meet with you and explain which of your Oregon arrests, dismissals, and convictions can be set aside and what must be cleared up first. Then, they will prepare the necessary legal papers, take the required fingerprints, and explain the next steps to clear your Oregon criminal record.
Our services are free. No appointment is needed. No need to bring anything with you.
