Equity Corps of Oregon (ECO) Immigration Legal Services
Equity Corps of Oregon (ECO) is a collaborative of community-based organizations, nonprofits, and attorneys working to provide universal legal representation to all eligible immigrants in Oregon so everyone can defend against a deportation or civic exclusion on account of immigration status.
ECO provides free, high quality immigration legal services to people who live in Oregon and are at risk of deportation or need help with an immigration matter.

Eligibility is determined following an intake interview with a navigator and review by the program administrator. Even if you do not qualify, we may be able to provide you with a referral to other free or low-cost services.
