FACT Oregon empowers families, youth, and communities to navigate disability systems, advocating together for disability justice and policy change so that people with disabilities have what they need to thrive at home, in school, and in their communities.
FACT Oregon provides:
A Support Line offering free, one-on-one support, information, and resources to help families of children and youth with disabilities navigate special education and disability systems.
Training and workshops on special education, disability rights, and advocacy to build family knowledge and confidence.
Parent leadership opportunities that strengthen the voice of families in shaping programs, policies, and systems that impact disability services in Oregon.
Community connections and multilingual resources that promote inclusion, equity, and self-determination for all families.
