Legal Aid Services of Oregon Albany Regional Office - Seniors

Legal Aid Services of Oregon (LASO) is a nonprofit organization working to achieve justice for the low-income communities of Oregon by providing a full range of civil legal help. LASO helps people with incomes up to 125% of the federal poverty level and in some situations can help people slightly above this level.

The Albany Regional Office of Legal Aid Services of Oregon provides free information, legal advice, brief services, and full representation to seniors (aged 60 and older) in some housing, family law, protection from financial or other abuse, defending conservatorships/guardianships, debt collection, nursing home or assisted living, and public benefits cases. Our services to seniors are not subject to LASO's ordinary financial eligibility criteria.

This office also provides legal help in other situations. Click here to view the main listing for this legal aid office.
