Legal Aid Services of Oregon - Bankruptcy Clinic

Legal Aid Services of Oregon (LASO) is a nonprofit organization working to achieve justice for the low-income communities of Oregon by providing a full range of civil legal help. LASO helps people with incomes up to 125% of the federal poverty level and in some situations can help people slightly above this level. 

The Bankruptcy Clinic provides free advice and representation in Chapter 7 bankruptcy cases to low-income Oregonians needing help with debt relief. Contact your local legal aid office to apply for bankruptcy help.
