Multnomah Circuit Court Legal Resource Center (LRC) - East County
The Legal Resource Center is a free service provided by the Multnomah Circuit Court to help people without a lawyer access the justice system.
The Legal Resource Center provides information, forms review, facilitation, and court navigation to self-represented litigants in Multnomah County. LRC also provides access to legal research tools and referrals to legal and community resources.
LRC offers help both virtually and in person.

A limited number of walk-in appointments are available each day. It is recommended to schedule an appointment in advance. Appointments are available in person or online through Webex and Teams.
