Ecumenical Ministries of Oregon's SOAR Immigration Legal Services provides culturally competent, immigration-related legal representation and education to refugees and immigrants with limited income throughout Oregon and SW Washington. SOAR has offices in Portland and Hillsboro, and is recognized by the Department of Justice as an authorized provider of immigration legal services.
SOAR Immigration Legal Services provides immigration legal representation and education, focusing on humanitarian (asylum, DACA, TPS, etc), family based, naturalization/citizenship, and removal defense.
