Disability Verification Sample Letter

If your landlord asks for a disability verification letter, you can have a person familiar with your disability complete this sample letter. For more information on reasonable accommodations in housing, go here. 

1. Give the completed letter to your landlord in person or by mail, and
2. Save a copy for your records.
