Security Deposit Sample Demand Letter

You can use this sample letter if you think your landlord should have returned more of your security deposit. 

1. Give the completed letter to your landlord in-person, by mail, or by email, and
2. Save a copy for your records. You may need the copy later if you go to Small Claims court.
