Who We Are
The Farmworker Program - Hillsboro Office of Legal Aid Services of Oregon serves migrant and seasonal farmworkers and forestry workers.
Intake hours are Monday - Friday, 9:00 a.m. to noon and 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. Evening hours by appointment.
The Hillsboro Office of the Farmworker Program handles issues with employment, housing, unemployment, and tax benefits problems. Most employment and housing problems are related to payment of wages, unauthorized pay deductions, poor living conditions in labor camps, retaliation for asserting legal rights, poor health and safety conditions on the job, pesticide problems, and discrimination.We also give information and referrals for other kinds of legal problems.
Spanish speaking staff are available.
