Legal Aid Services of Oregon - Farmworker Program
Legal Aid Services of Oregon (LASO) is a nonprofit organization working to achieve justice for the low-income communities of Oregon by providing a full range of civil legal help. LASO helps people with incomes up to 125% of the federal poverty level and in some situations can help people slightly above this level.
The Farmworker Program of Legal Aid Services of Oregon provides free information, legal advice, and full legal representation to agricultural workers and their families in cases related to agricultural work, focusing primarily on employment cases. The Farmworker Program also helps connect agricultural workers to community resources and their full-range of legal protections.
