Modest Means Program, Lawyer Referral Service - Oregon State Bar

The Oregon State Bar regulates lawyers, promotes justice, and protects the public.

The Modest Means Program of the Oregon State Bar connects moderate-income Oregonians with local lawyers who charge reduced fees based on income. All Modest Means attorneys provide an initial meeting of up to 30 minutes for no more than $35. After the initial meeting, fees based on client income apply.
