The Victim Rights Law Center (VRLC) is a non-profit organization that provides free legal services to victims of rape and sexual assault in Massachusetts and Oregon. The VRLC mission is to "provide legal representation to victims of rape and sexual assault to help rebuild their lives and to promote a national movement committed to seeking justice for every rape and sexual assault victim."
The Victim Rights Law Center (VRLC) provides direct legal services in Clackamas, Multnomah, and Washington Counties, Oregon. VRLC provides legal advocacy in a range of areas, such as privacy, safety, immigration, housing, education, employment, financial stability, and criminal justice advocacy, to help rebuild survivors’ lives following sexual violence.
