WHAT TYPE OF PROBLEMS CAN WE HELP YOU WITH?

The Oregon Public Benefits Hotline 1 (800) 520-5292, provides legal advice and representation to low income people living in Oregon who are having problems with government benefits such as:

_ Social Security

_ SSI

_ Medicaid/Oregon Health Plan (OHP)

_ Coordinated Car Organization (CCO) service denials or other CCO problems

_ Medical billing/debt collections issues

_ Medicare

_ Temporary Assistance to needy Families (TANF)

_ Refugee benefits

_ Food Stamps

_ Overpayments

_ In-Home Services

_ Unemployment Compensation

_ Day Care Benefits

_ Temporary Assistance to Domestic Violence Survivors (TA-DVS)
