How to File a Complaint with OSHA
The Occupational Safety and Health Act gives employees and their representatives the right to file a complaint and request an OSHA inspection of their workplace if they believe there is a serious hazard or their employer is not following OSHA standards. Employees have the the right to request that their names not be revealed to their employers.

Ombudsman for Injured Workers
The ombudsman's office was created by the Oregon Legislature to be an independent advocate for Oregon's injured workers. They can help workers informally resolve any problems or disputes that might arise between the parties involved in workers' claims and can answer your questions about the workers' compensation system. There is no charge for these services.
