Oregon Energy Fund works with partner agencies and private donors located throughout Oregon to help low-income Oregonians with emergency energy assistance during the winter months. The organization helps eligible individuals and families with all primary heating sources such as electricity, natural gas, oil, propane or wood on a first-come first-served basis.
The Oregon Public Utility Commission (PUC) manages the Oregon Lifeline program. If you qualify, this federal and state government assistance program reduces your monthly residential/landline or wireless phone bill. This website gives you information about eligibility and how to apply.
